3.5 KYC Verification. 68pkr may, at any point, request documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and source of funds. This includes, but is not limited to, a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and bank or mobile wallet statements. Failure to provide the requested documentation within the timeframe specified by 68pkr may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.
4.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 68pkr login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. You agree to notify 68pkr immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account or any breach of your account security. Until such notification is received, 68pkr will treat all activity conducted through your Account as authorised by you.
4.3 Device Security. You are responsible for ensuring that the device you use to access the 68pkr Platform is free from malware, keyloggers, and other security threats. 68pkr cannot be held liable for any losses arising from compromised device security on the user's side.
5.1 Supported Methods. 68pkr currently supports the following payment methods for PKR deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Transfer. 68pkr reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.
5.2 Currency. All transactions on the 68pkr Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 68pkr does not charge currency conversion fees. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are entirely outside 68pkr's control and are your responsibility.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your 68pkr Account within 30 seconds of a confirmed transaction. Deposits via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Transfer may take up to one business day depending on the processing times of your financial institution.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by 68pkr on a same-day basis for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, subject to completed KYC verification. Bank transfers may take one to three business days. All withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in compliance with AML obligations.

6.4 Expiry. Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the offer terms will expire and be removed from your 68pkr Account automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.
7.1 Sports Betting. All sports betting markets on 68pkr, including PSL cricket, international cricket, and UFC events, are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market type. These rules cover topics including match abandonment, void bets, in-play settlement, and dispute resolution procedures. 7.2 Live Casino. Live dealer tables on the 68pkr Platform are operated by licensed third-party studio providers. The rules of each game — including blackjack, baccarat, roulette, and sic bo — are the standard published rules for that game as operated by the studio provider. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live dealer game, the game outcome will be determined in accordance with the studio provider's disconnection policy.
7.3 Slots & RNG Games. All slot and random number generator (RNG) games available on the 68pkr Platform are certified by independent auditors for fairness and accuracy. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages represent the long-run theoretical payout and are not a guarantee of any specific outcome in any individual session.
7.4 Errors & Malfunctions. 68pkr employs fraud detection technology and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. All accounts flagged for investigation may have withdrawal privileges suspended pending the outcome of the review.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 68pkr Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. 12.1 By 68pkr. 68pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

Upon Account closure, any remaining PKR balance (net of any active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your most recently used payment method within the standard processing timeframe.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure, your access to the 68pkr Platform will be removed. All provisions of these Terms and Conditions that by their nature survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 68pkr's total liability to you — whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of PKR deposits you have made to your 68pkr Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
68pkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, loss of gaming opportunities, or reputational harm, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if 68pkr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
68pkr does not guarantee that the Platform will be available continuously or without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures may temporarily affect Platform availability. 68pkr accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability outside of its direct control.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits 68pkr's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 68pkr's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
68pkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 68pkr will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. For significant changes, 68pkr may also notify registered users via the email address associated with their Account or through an in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the 68pkr Platform after the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised document. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform before the amendments take effect.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 68pkr's international gaming license is issued. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 68pkr's internal complaint resolution process shall be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body specified by the licensing authority.
